| Living up to her reflection |
 With Fran's passing, I was going through my images of her and reflecting on all the ways I knew her.I met Fran Beban when we did Stand and Deliver together. I sat across from her in the circle on the first night. She came up to me afterward and said "Isn't interesting how the most powerful people in the circle always sit across from each other?". I am still working to live up to that reflection. I met Catherine Crowell at my Basic Workshop. She was my facilitator. She enrolled me into the Stand and Deliver where I met Fran. Attached is a picture of them both at our 25th anniversary party. Given all that has now transpired, I find this image to be quite incredible. With love, John Palmer |
